Vignotte French Cheese. Vignotte is a versatile semi-soft cheese from the Champagne-Ardenne region of France. It is made from pasteurised cows milk and triple cream with extra cream added during the process. This gives the cheese an incredibly fatty and creamy texture, perfect for cooking.
Vignotte is a high fat, triple cream French cheese produced in the Champagne-Ardenne region of Normandy with pasteurised cow’s milk. Due to the extra cream added during production, Vignotte is exceptionally fatty with nearly 75% fat. Nevertheless, this process gives the cheese a powdery white bloomy skin and an intensely creamy, light, rich, buttery texture. It has a slightly lemony taste making it perfect for grilling. Suitable for vegetarians. With such strong flavour, Vignotte adds an extra burst of flavour to a bland cracker or biscuit. Accompany the cheese with a Sauvignon or Champagne.
